Prints:
Please note that prints are to be opened by the framer as they can be easily damaged or creased. Cherie Brown cannot be held responsible for the print if opened before reaching the framer.
Shipping:
A flat standard fee will be charged for shipping. You will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your parcel. You will be required to sign for the parcel.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed although every effort will be made to deliver between the below times:
Delivery for unframed prints 5 – 10 business days
Delivery for Framed prints 2 – 3 weeks
Delivery for originals to be confirmed via message.
Damage:
Please notify within 24 hours if your print has been damaged in transit.
Refunds will not be provided if damaged, exchanges can be made once damaged print is returned (packaged properly).
Please note:
All original work is a one of a kind hand painted piece. Photography doesn’t always show texture, which is part of the uniqueness of an original piece. I strive to photograph as close to the true colour as possible but colour may vary a little on the website.
As an original is a one off, it may happen on the website that two people buy the one original piece at the same time. If this occurs you will be refunded straight away.
