Submission for our SPRING Exhibition
Dear Lovely Artists, Enter your application to exhibit in The Pink Gallery “Spring” Exhibit by filling out the form below. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS SOME POINTS HAVE CHANGED FROM LAST EXHIBITION.
The theme is “These are a few of my favourite things”
For example, some of my favourite things are:
A huge bowl of Pesto Pasta, trips with loved ones to any beach, a cute pair of shoes, A room with a view, Doggies, Peonies, hand made mugs, my comfy old green couch, visiting historic regional towns, old vintage doors and chairs, family dinners, driving along the Maroondah Highway towards Healesville, Healesville at night with it’s Paris lights, Margarita’s on a summers night, Opals… It is endless 🙂
This Exhibition will be smaller sizes (see below). Being a small space, this allows for more Artists to be featured.
Submissions Open Monday 4th August and close on the Monday 25th August
Exhibition Opening night Friday September 12th from 6.30 pm
Exhibition runs until 12th October, 2025
Artwork Delivery from August 29th until August 31st 10.00 am till 4.00 pm unless otherwise arranged.
Artwork collection if not sold on or by 17th October, 2025
Important: Drop off and pick up of work is the Artists Responsibility.
Application Fee: 1 x $20 fee per artist non refundable Commission is 30% on any piece sold.
Depending on how many submissions received will determine how many pieces per artist (1-4) will be accepted. All applications will be notified by email regardless of outcome.
Important: When emailing a picture of your beautiful Artwork, please ensure the photo is taken of the image on a white wall and is square (if chosen, this pic will be used for Shopify – Please note : If the picture is not usable, your piece will not be featured on Shopify. Works behind glass may need to be taken out of glass for photos. Insitu pictures welcome.
Prize: Judged by a panel of local Professional Artists (TBC) The prize will be a feature in the Pink Gallery, on one wall and promotion on Instagram/socials. Time to be agreed with Gallery and Artist.
Size: Works must measure under (including frame) 45 cm x 45 cm Would prefer timber floating frame (but not essential). If unframed please ensure the sides are painted.
All works should be ready to hang with wire on the back, as per usual, signed by Artist whether on front or back. Clear pricing in pencil on back. For gallery hanging please ALSO fix a D ring 5 cm from the top on each side. Contact if unsure. IMPORTANT: I will not be able to accept your work if this is not done, this is non negotiable.
Medium: Acrylic, Oil, Charcoal, Pan Pastel, Mixed Media. Must be Original Art.
The Exhibition is open to Victorian Residents ages 18 and over. (Please note drop off and pick up is the Artists Responsibility).
Tip: If you are in an Exhibition, promote your art on socials, let your followers know your art is for sale at the Gallery or on Shopify. Your followers won’t know if you don’t tell them! It is also good advertising for you, take the opportunity. Excited to See your beautiful work dear Artists xx
